What if my boxes are very heavy? Can the movers carry?
Ideally, each box should weigh no more than 25kg so that we can move your items safely and efficiently.
How will my furniture be protected from dust and dirt?
We will use protective materials to wrap your furniture to avoid such issues during house moving.
What happens if your truck cannot enter my residential premises?
We will adopt other solutions such as long-push from the truck to your home. There will be additional charges for such services.
What is the size of carton boxes provided?
The dimension of VR Movers carton box is 58cm (L) x 38cm (W) x 38cm

(H).

Boxes provided are strictly on loan basis thus we would require the boxes to be returned upon unpacking. There will be additional charges if the boxes are not returned.
Does VR Movers provide dismantling and assembling services?
Yes. We do provide dismantling and assembling of general furniture. Do note that we might not be able to assemble furniture that is dismantled beforehand due to potential missing screws and unfitting parts.
